Winemaking

Grapes from each vineyard were vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation included 2–3 daily pump-overs, followed by 2 daily pump-overs post-fermentation to maximize polyphenolic and aromatic extraction. Two delestages were performed during the process, along with post-fermentative maceration. Malolactic fermentation was completed before blending the components. The wine was aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
