Soil: Poor clay soils promoting balanced vine growth. Vines are trained on a Vertical Shoot Positioning (VSP) system, drip-irrigated, with yields up to 12 tons per hectare.
Climate: Warm days and cool nights, with an average diurnal temperature variation of 14°C, ideal for slow and even grape ripening.
Winemaking
Harvest occurs in early March at optimal ripeness. Grapes are destemmed and transferred to stainless steel tanks, where a 4-day cold maceration preserves primary aromas. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out with selected yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation to enhance roundness and complexity.
Oak Stage
10% of the blend is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, adding subtle wood notes and structure.
