Soil: Clayey and poor soils. Vines are trellised, drip-irrigated, with a yield of 10 tons per hectare.
Climate: Warm days and cool nights, with a thermal amplitude of 14°C and average annual rainfall of 200 mm.
Winemaking
Grapes were hand-harvested during the first week of March. Gentle destemming was applied to avoid premature oxidation. Pressing was carried out under inert atmosphere at low temperatures. The must fermented at 16°C in stainless steel tanks.
